This three-acre settlement will furnish three families with custom homes and landscapes. Patios, gardens, and a formal lawn surround a designed swimming pool to create a central area for the families. A large heritage oak provides a landmark and informal paths unite the properties together.
Ornamental and specimen plantings are designed around the homes and private gardens, while plantings on slopes and natural areas are selected for fire protection. All stormwater will be retained on site through a system of bio-swales and ponds and will exceed the City of Pleasonton’s Green Point checklist.
