For the new technology offices, a new courtyard, front entryway, and landscape was designed and built for better site identity and functionality.
At the courtyard, a horizontal cedar wood fence allow for privacy and filtered views while new platforms made of recycled plastic and wood provide large seating and lounging areas. A raised bocci court is formed with steel and edged with decorative stone. The new BBQ and drink islands complements the courtyard functions.
In the front landscape, more platforms are formed to follow the curvature of the existing paving. Two steel frames bring architectural features to the planting area and allow for vertical planting.
The new plantings will also bring color accents and textures.
